TERMS OF SERVICE
Before commissioning me please make sure you read the full list of my terms of service as this may help you on what to ask in the commission or avoid any problems related to your use of my work.
I won't work with commissions related to: Vore, Feral, Scat, Incest.
I won't do works related to the use or making of complex backgrounds.
You can commission me my original characters that includes them in NSFW between them or with other people's characters.
Contact me first! Everything related to the payment must be issued once we have every detail related to the commission sorted out, if you pay me via Paypal or Ko-fi before contacting me I will take it as a tip and won't work with you.
The payment will be through Paypal using the invoice method, if you can't use paypal you can pay using my Ko-fi as an alternative.
Do not mention the use of NSFW or adult works when paying, issuing a refund or adding a tip to the commission.
No refunds are issued if the work has passed the prototyping phase (Non-negotiable).
The client will be notified before the prototyping phase is finished.
Half the amount can be paid in advance if the customer deems it appropriate.
Any commercial use of the work is allowed but must be notified in advance.
We communicate through private reunions or messages to have a more clear image of what you want in your work.
The work may be used in our portafolio or posted in our social media (Negotiable).
Once finished, the work cannot be used for any training, enhancement or any other type of modification through AI.
Once finished, the work cannot be used for any creation of tokens, crypto, NFT or any other similar crypto-market related usage.
If you want to ask anything specific related to the commission itself you can do so via private messages.
